For the sequel to his smash hit “Listen Up Rules,” Bryan sang and performed every part himself. Here’s what he has to say about the finished song: “I hope people enjoy Part Two. People like it. I did this song in the past – antique music! It’s me on vocals. No drugs, no smoking, no guns, no nothing. I like having ground rules at Program and like to turn them into positive music.
